A Rochester native, Karen has over 5 years of public accounting experience at Deloitte where her focus was on the audit of financial statements and internal controls of public manufacturing companies. 

She has extensive knowledge of accounting and specializes in financial statement preparation and analysis. She aids in the preparation of financial forecasts for prospective development projects including cash flow projections, historic and Brownfield tax credit applications, and cost certification calculations. She also manages the accounting for all the commercial and residential real estate properties of 43 North.
